The 2018 Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) was prepared in response to submissions on the Exposure Draft Regulation Impact Statement in 2016/17. Information from the 2018 CBA was used in developing the Final Regulation Impact Statement and Cost-Benefit Analysis (2020). The Department has published the 2018 CBA to provide complete supporting information.
