About the approved wildlife trade operation

Approval of this wildlife trade operation allows for an operation to harvest and export Australian land hermit crabs (Coenibita variabilis) by Merv Cooper's Crazy Crabs, subject to conditions.

The wildlife trade operation was gazetted on 28 November 2012 and will be in force until 28 November 2015.
