About the wildlife trade operation

Approval of this wildlife trade operation allows for the export of tree-ferns (Dicksonia antarctica) by M & K Cole Ferns. The proposal satisfies the requirements of section 303FN of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.

The wildlife trade operation was gazetted on 30 May 2012 and will be in force until 29 May 2015.

Current Declaration
