The following paper was developed through the High Level Steering Group on Water that has since been overtaken by new arrangements under the Natural Resources Ministerial Council .
The paper was developed with the assistance of the National Groundwater Committee which is a senior inter-governmental network established to share information and provide insight on national groundwater policies, research directions, priorities and programs.
