Queensland Lower Balonne Tenders
The average price of pursued offers from Queensland Lower Balonne tenders are publicly released to provide greater transparency to the tender process and to assist those who may be considering placing a sell offer into future tender rounds.
It should be noted that each sell offer submitted to these tenders was assessed individually with reference to the expected environmental outcomes from acquiring the entitlement offered, and the estimated market value of the entitlement. As a result, a unique price benchmark was calculated for each offer. A sell offer is accepted if the sell offer price is equal to, or less than, the price benchmark.
An offer made at a price below the average price may still have been rejected if its calculated benchmark was below the sell offer price.
