Subiaco In-Plant Water Treatment

Total funding: : Total project cost of $4.91 million, with funding of $2.455 million from the Australian Government under the National Water Security Plan for Cities and Towns and the remaining funding provided by the Western Australia Water Corporation.

About the project

The Subiaco Wastewater Treatment Plant currently treats 60 million litres of wastewater each day and will be expanded to 75 million litres each day by 2025. The project will reduce in-plant potable water use and increase in-plant water recycling.
