Return of the Altered Proposed Basin Plan for finalisation
On 20 November 2012 Minister Burke returned the Altered Proposed Basin Plan to the Murray-Darling Basin Authority for finalisation.

Suggestions to restore the Murray-Darling Basin to health
On 1 November 2012 Minister Burke provided suggestions to the Murray-Darling Basin Authority on its proposed Basin Plan.

Revised draft of Murray-Darling Basin Plan released
The altered Proposed Murray-Darling Basin Plan was issued on 6 August 2012 by the Murray-Darling Basin Authority.
On 28 August 2012 the Murray-Darling Basin Ministerial Council (Council) released their views on the Altered Proposed Basin Plan as well as comments from jurisdictions under Section 43A(7) of the Water Act 2007.
