Draft water planning and management charge rules
On 10 July 2009 the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) provided its advice, including draft rules, on water planning and management (WPM) charges to the Minister for Climate Change and Water, Senator Penny Wong.
The Minister has decided to make the advice and draft rules public while she considers the advice.
