About the report
This report has been developed by Wright Corporate Strategy in collaboration with Rawtec Pty Ltd. The report aims to provide both a reliable estimate of current e-waste infrastructure capacity, and future requirements for e-waste infrastructure to support the National Television and Computer Product Stewardship Scheme.
The study was commissioned by the Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities to provide input to the development of legislation and product stewardship arrangements. However, it should be noted that the views expressed in the report are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect those of the Australian Government or the Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities.
The report forms part of a suite of research reports used to inform the design of the legislation underpinning the scheme.
