Copyright and acknowledgement
The following statement is to be included within the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Site Management System on the initial pages, as well as on web sites referring to the system and for any other use where an acknowledgement of the copyright and intellectual property of the system is required.
The Intellectual property of the concept for the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Site Management System rests with Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Intellectual property of the technical design of the program architecture rests with Environmental Systems Solutions Pty. Ltd. Copyright and intellectual property relating to data held within the system rests with Anangu and others who have agreed to make available oral, visual and written documentary sources for the purposes of managing the cultural heritage of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. For any other uses, material held within the system will be subject to further specific negotiated agreement.
The architecture of the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Site Management System can be made available to other Aboriginal community organisations and National Parks under agreement which involves acknowledgement of the intellectual property of the system concept and design in relation to the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Site Management System.
