About this permit
Certain activities may only be carried out in Commonwealth parks and reserves if allowed by the Management Plan and conducted in accordance with a permit issued under the EPBC Act. Use this form to apply for a permit to conduct activities in Christmas Island National Park, under Regulation 12.06(2) or 12.09(1) of the EPBC Regulations, and in accordance with subsection 354(1) of the EPBC Act.
