About the report

The purpose of this report is to examine possibilities for establishing a fixed-site bird monitoring network in the Australian Rangelands. With the available resources, this report was able to scope out some basic concepts associated with a Rangelands monitoring program, and in particular, to examine the capacity of Birds Australia in relation to fixed-site monitoring in the Rangelands.
