About this form

Use this guide to apply for approval to conduct commercial tourism activities within South-east Commonwealth Marine Reserves of Australia.

Individual approval from the Director of National Parks will be required to conduct commercial tourism activities in the South-east Commonwealth Marine Reserve Network. Each application will be assessed on a case by case basis. The transit of commercial tourism vessels will be allowed under general approval.
