I, Mick Trimmer, Acting Assistant Secretary, Wildlife Trade and Sustainable Fisheries Branch, as Delegate of the Minister for the Environment and Heritage, being satisfied that:

hereby accredit the Western Australian Fish Resources Management Act 1994 (the Act) and the Western Australian Specimen Shell Management Plan 1995 (the Plan), to the extent that the Act and Plan apply to the Western Australian Specimen Shell Managed Fishery, pursuant to sections 208A, 222A, 245 and 265 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 for the purposes of Divisions 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Part 13 of the Act.
