Accreditation of a Plan of Management for the Purposes of Part 13

I, Ian Cresswell, Assistant Secretary, Wildlife Trade and Sustainable Fisheries Branch, as Delegate of the Minister for the Environment and Heritage, being satisfied that:

hereby accredit the Management Plan for the South Australian Abalone Fishery 2004 and Scheme of Management (Abalone Fisheries) Regulations 1991, to the extent that the Management Plan and Regulations apply to the South Australian Abalone Fishery, pursuant to sections 208A, 222A, 245 and 265 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 for the purposes of Divisions 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Part 13 of the Act.
