Amendment of List of Exempt Native Specimens
I, David Kemp, Minister for the Environment and Heritage, pursuant to subsection 303DC( I) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby amend the list of exempt native specimens established under section 303DB of the Act by including in the list the following specimen:
- Spanner crab (Ranina ranina)
with a notation that inclusion of the specimen in the list is subject to the following restrictions or conditions:
- the specimen must have been taken in accordance with the Fisheries (Spanner Crab) Management Plan 1999 in force under the Fisheries Act 1994 (Queensland); and
- inclusion of the specimen in the list will expire five years after the date of this instrument.
