I, Andrew McNee, Assistant Secretary, Marine Environment Branch, as Delegate of the Minister for the Environment and Heritage, being satisfied that:

hereby accredit the New South Wales Fisheries Management Act 1994 and the New South Wales Abalone Share Management Plan 2000, to the extent that the Act and Plan apply to the New South Wales Abalone Fishery, pursuant to sections 208A, 222A, 245 and 265 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) for the purposes of Divisions 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Part 13 of the EPBC Act.
