About the application
Approval of this wildlife trade operation allows for the export of tree-ferns (Dicksonia antarctica and Cyathea australis) by Mr Fern Nurseries Pty Ltd. The proposal satisfies the requirements of section 303FN of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
The wildlife trade operation was gazetted on 27 January 2010 and will be in force from 27 January 2010 to 26 January 2013.
