Unsuccessful threatened ecological community nominations
The following nominations for listing as a threatened ecological community were assessed by the Threatened Species Scientific Committee. The Minister decided the nominations did not meet the requirements for listing. The Advice provided to the Minister is linked to each unsuccessful nomination.

- Cadellia pentastylis (Ooline) Associations
- Cook's River Clay Plain Scrub Forest
- Lowland Riverine Fish Community of the Southern Murray-Darling Basin
- Narrow-leaf Ironbark - White Cypress Pine
- Open Dry Heath in the South-east Queensland and NSW North Coast Bioregions
- Semi-evergreen Vine Thickets with Bottle Tree (Brachychiton spp.) Emergents
- Tasmanian Seamounts
- Turpentine/Bloodwood Tall Woodland to Open Forest
