Genus Protestrica Schouteden, 1905

  • Protestrica Schouteden, H. 1905. Heteroptera. Fam. Pentatomidae. Subfam. Graphosomatinae. Genera Insectorum 30: 1-46 3 pls [25] [first introduced as a subgenus of Testrica Walker, 1867].
    Type species:
     Podops rudis Germar, 1839 by subsequent designation, see Kirkaldy, G.W. 1909. Catalogue of the Hemiptera (Heteroptera) with biological and anatomical references, lists of foodplants and parasites, etc. Prefaced by a discussion on nomenclature, and an analytical table of families.
