Notes for the following list

#1 All parts and derivaties of the plant, except:

a) seeds, spores and pollen (including pollinia); and
b) seedling or tissue cultures obtained in vitro, in solid or liquid media, transported in sterile containers.

#2 Only roots and readily recognisable parts. (Excluding manufactured parts or derivatives such as powders, pills, extracts, tonics, teas and confectionery).

#3 Only logs, wood-chips and unprocessed broken material.

#4 All parts and derivates of the plant, except

a) seeds and pollen (including pollinia);
b) seedling or tissue cultures obtained in vitro, in solid or liquid media, transported in sterile containers;
c) cut flowers of artificially propagated plants; and
d) fruits and parts and derivates thereof of artificially propagaed plants of the genus Vanilla.
