Accessing PDF files
To access PDF files you need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. This free document reader is available from Adobe's website. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer and would like to install it, go to the Adobe Acrobat Reader download site. Further information on Adobe Acrobat solutions for accessibility is available on this website.
Printing PDF files
If you are unable to print PDF files;
- Select your system's "Print" option
- Select "Print as image".
Saving a copy of a PDF file
- Using your right button, click on the link to the PDF file, and select "Save Target As"; or
- If viewing PDF in Acrobat Reader, click on the "Saves a copy of the file" button in the top left hand corner of your browser.
Refreshing PDF files
Select [Ctrl] and Refresh to refresh PDF files.
Viewing landscape pages
To view landscape pages as portrait, select "Rotate View Clockwise" in the top right hand corner of Adobe Acrobat.
